That’s a good sign to me that someone’s busy and respects my boundaries. But when I needed him was there. Fast track 6 months later, we called him and said we wanted to sell the house and move away from washing (we’re in Florida now). Chris was able to help us get the house ready (don’t get your hopes up but he even helped paint the cabinets himself with me and my wife to touch up before we did showings.) Whenever Chris ran into a hick-up with our process he had a plan already before he even let me know if the problem. He even helped us find a hotel while we showed the house. Chris got our house staged, helped us get paperwork, and figure things out with inspections and our septic. He was with us every step of the way. We seriously got a white glove treatment and I’ve worked with dozens of Real Estate agents and grew up friends with some very successful agents in Alaska. Chris was professional and had our house sold well above market value and our asking price. Get this, we had a signed deal with it in 26 hours. No cap (no kidding). We were able to trust Chris with our home and we were able to move to Florida half a month before closing he even went and did checkups on the house to make sure it was safe and heated. I’d seriously trust Chris with my family. If you are looking for an agent this dude seriously gets it done and knows how to network, communicate and get you the best bang for your buck. We weren’t sure what was going to happen. But I know this If I were to be a betting man and there was a deal to be made on a house I’d put all my chips on Chris every time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say (and I would if I did).
